If you’re like us, you were excited when you bought your first boat, but were mildly naive as to the complexities involved in maintaining all the different systems. Soon after our boat purchase was final, we encountered a water leak and a bilge pump failure in our master stateroom. Steven was quick to assess the situation, find the source of the problem, and make the appropriate repairs. Not long after that, he assisted with the completion of an electrical overhaul (batteries, chargers, inverter, alternator’s, etc).
Not only does Steven effectively complete the work at hand, he also takes time to explain what he is doing to educate the novice boat owner about their boat systems.
